Learn them again and make sure you point the original remote at the bottom left of the TSU9600 were the learning eye is. The codes should start with 0000. Turn Raw learn OFF.

Try this for your Topfield,

POWER TOGGLE
900A 006D 0000 0001 20DF 0AF5

OR

900A 006D 0000 0001 04FF 0AF5
