FWIW my experince with homeworks has lead me to use the phantom button presses that can be generated in the HW software and then converted to serial so when the crestron processor is talking to the HW processor it is doing so via a virtual keypad press...very easy to generate in SB once you have the HW generated phantom buttons.
thats awesome. thats exactly the approach i want to take for now.
but how do i get the RS232 commands in to SB?
