Yes, that is one of the possible remotes.  I'll put together the list of EFCs in the next day or so.

The 8910 manual.  You can see how the picture matches.
See the LCD instructions here: Programming EFCs.  Use B. To program a code.

The 8910 design is about 10 years old and uses an EEPROM.  It does not have setup codes for some newer equipment, and in some instances there is no way to manually program it to control newer equipment.  But it will work fine with the Citation.
