Sorry If I might be pointng out the obvious. But, are you sure that the Access point still works?
Maybe the wifi module of the pronto died.
Try to email the error code to the pronto team and look what they say about it.
How can i find out which device causes the problem or is defect?
Try to use the RFX with the simulator, to see if the rfx works. Try to couple the TSU with another router to see if the TSU works. But might be that the RFX is ok, as the TSU says network disabled. So check in PEP2 if you don't have the disabled option selected under the network settings.
