I would think there would be a simple and free weather module for crestron. something similar to which pronto has that downloads info from a website? I know controlworks module is a bit more sophisticated but not every client needs that do they?
Yahoo crestron user groups has sample weather modules that utilze rss feeds.
When speaking to Controlworks recently about an unrelated module they pitched me on their weather module and the dedicated servers that they work with. They explained how data scraping RSS feeds with modules like the ones at the yahoo crestron user group violates copywrite and user agreements and also how there is no control over the RSS feed data structure changing and breaking the module.
