Wow, who'd a thunk that digital TV transmission would return us to the bad old days of experimenting with antenna positioning and such as we had in the fifties?
At least now we've got solid state amps. It must have been REALLY hard to make tube amps for UHF bandwidths where a quarter wavelength can be four inches and amplifying tubes were more than an inch high!
