Trying to connect the MSC-400 to the Verizon FIOS STB (Motorola QIP 7100). I have tried a direct connection from the 400 to the IR Remote Input port on the back using a 3.5 male to male mono cable, but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone had success with this? And if so, what did you do to make it work?
