Hi All... Yes, another newbie here!

Can anyone help? I have a TSU2000 thats been in storage for 6 years (Dont ask!), pulled it out and discovered the batter had leaked, but leaked down onto the battery cover, not onto the circuit board.

Just had a new batter pack made up, but noticed some dry joints / maybe a little leakage onto the contact area of the PCB where the battery terminals are. After some liberal squirting with electronic fluid to refresh everything i inserted the batter pack, but nothing!

Ive even taken 4 AA batteries and wired them up in sequence then wired to the 2 + / - terminals but also no go!

Everything "appears" to be ok on the pcb, but nothing!! Anybody have any experience with anything like this? really dont have the $$ to buy another one so any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers!

Chris
