Yes to all of the above. I even just relocated the Zigbee antenna to the middle of the room and still the same thing. Swapped the Zigbee antenna, same thing.. However, it works perfectly on the T1-B with an RM433. Has to be a Zigbee issue. Not nearly consistent enough for prime time.
