Just bought another one of these on Ebay, thought I got a great deal but the screen a few times has flickered wildly! To the point where it is a complete gray blur! described as 100% functional by the seller and i believe he is honest. Ac or dc doesn't matter, I was able to download my ICF and configure the wireless after a few tries.Also able to calibreate the touchscreen and all else works.Rebooting turns the screen blue again,but after a few minutes it goes back to a flickering blur. Any ideas?
