Unfortunately, my dog got a hold of my remote and now the touch screen is failing barely working. The hard keys are still functioning fine, but using the touch screen is very difficult because the touch keys don't work properly. Only a few of them are working well and I am in desperate need of somewhere/someone that can repair the remote (I REALLY don't want to have to pay to replace the remote and then pay to have the installers program it).

PLEASE HELP!
