I have to ask if you have updated the firmware of the XP-8 to version 2.3 and the T2CZ to version 2.2. Also, are you using version 1.04 of the Kaleidescape driver, as it is the most current. The final thing I would ask is have you followed RTI's rules for installing the ZM-24 as far as placement goes and then verified it with Zigbee network test driver. You can also make sure your Kaleidescapes have the latest firmware installed, but I'm not sure if that will be of any assistance.
