I upgraded remotes and have the MX-700. Its the remote ONLY. When I called for the software fro my 850 at Universal Remote, they did not give me any hassle. They just emailed it to me. So I am guessing they will do the same for you or you can go to B&K's website and get the software.

This is essentially a MX-700 that has some B&K functions pre programmed ito some keys but they easily can be wiped and loaded with other things. and its says B&K on it instead of URC. Its also black in color.

Its in good condition and I can send pictures if you want.
