Weird. I have only programmed one RTI system using a Kscape, but I had no issues using the default settings of 300ms and sustain checked on both a T4 433 and two T1's. Do you have any other remotes you could take out there to load a test file into to see if it is that particular remote, or just how the T2C's respond. Sorry I can't think of anything else but I would say that is worth a shot.
