Just installed a new K-Scape M500 with a 1U server. I am successfully controlling most aspects of the unit via IP from my RTI control system. However, cursor control is double pressing or probably better stated sustaining too long which is making it impossible to stop where I want it to. RS-232 was flawless but I wanted to switch over to IP because one it works quite well the RK-3's already installed and I also needed to free up an RS-232 port on the XP-8 for something else. The driver command properties are set for sustain and delay is set a 300ms. When I change this to 400ms it lags and is still too unreliable for me. Any thoughts? The parts in the RTI system I am referring to are an XP-8 and a T2-CZ.
