Your changer uses the Panasonic IR protocol, device 176.0. Setup code Video 0490 should control Power toggle, numerals, arrow keys, etc. Some other functions need to be assigned manually for each button. You can do that with the 994 command (
9XX command instructions). Here are the EFCs to assign to buttons:
