Can you add the IR library into your config with Hex codes. I pulled the Nuvo Grand Concerto IR library from their website because CCP does not have it loaded.

If I understand what you are asking, then yes, you can copy your remotes - when you add the second, third, etc remote, a box pops up where you can check a box for copying another remote already in the system.
No way to add hex easily - you can sometimes do tricks with the universal browser, though.
