I have made several attempts to synch my Pyle PSBV600BT Soundbase speaker system with my Harmony 650. I can turn the Pyle on and off, but cannot control the volume. When I program the Harmony on my PC, it indicates that the Pyle speaker has been identified and it shows the PSBV600BT on the Harmony screen.

Put your 650 in device mode and test the volumn buttons to see if they work as expected.  If they work correctly, in device mode then the proper commands are not mapped correctly in your activity. You need to change the button mapping in your activity.

I'm not sure what you mean by "button mapping". The volume control does not operate when in the 'device mode'.

Ok, if the volume buttons are not working in device mode, delete your Pyle PSBV600BT, then add it again you will have to edo any Activities that included it. Sync your remote, thenput your 650 in device mode, select the Pyle PSBV600BT and test the volume buttons to see if they work. If they now work, test each of your activities to see if the Volume buttons work as expected. If they don't work in your Activity, log back on to your account, select Buttons, select your Activity and the hard buttons verify that the correct volume command and device are mapped (assigned) to the volume buttons make any corrections as needed. Sync your remote when you are done.
