We have a TSU3000. TV turns on, but no picture, black screen. All other devices working properly. HELP!!

Wrong forum. Moving. Is the TV screen black or the remote screen? If TV, there is nothing we can do for your here. If it is the remote screen that is black, have you reloaded the firmware? Maybe you have the problem documented in this forum with the 3000 screen. If so, try servicewidetech.com or if you are comfortable opening the remote, you might want to try and fix yourself. |

Maybe the contrast needs to be adjusted as only black is showing.
