| About Me: | A friend gave me 2 Philips Universal Remotes they came together in a pack from Wal-Mart, It was a special at Christmas time. anyhow I have tried and tried to put in a code for my satellite in one of them and it wont do anything!!!! It will work with my T.V. but cant get it to do a thing for my satellite. The Manual I have says they are PMDVR8 One remote has 8 function devices on it and the other has only 3 Thats the one I cant program for my satellite. I cant find the codes for it anywhere I have used it b-4 and it was fine I have replaced the batterys.The old code I used b-4 was 864, I have tried over and over to get it to program but it wont. I have Direct TV and the model name on my box is Hughes. If ANYONE can help I would GREATLY APPRECIATE it. |
