My parents said they dropped their remote and now it doesn't work. I have a code of 112 for their cable converter and I tried their TV and VCR remotes but they do not support this code. Is there anywhere I can find a remote for this sitch? Thanks.

What brand are the TV and VCR remotes? We might be able to give you a code for the correct brand.

You can see how green I am at the remote game. The VCR is model number PV-8451 (Panasonic Omnivision) and the VCR remote number is VSQS1559. The VCR remote is a Panasonic Program Director MB.
The TV has machine numbers A27A23W and A25A23W (Zenith) and the only numbers I could find about the Zenith TV remote were in the battery area. They are listed as such; 343 8272P1, 124-212-35, MBR 3447 and 14-20452. The TV remote just has a Z on the front and there are two US Patent nos 4.377.006 and 4.425.647. I don't know if those would help. Thanks.
