I have a toshiba m449 vcr, I no longer have the original remote, I'm looking for a universal remote I can buy to access the vcr's menu options. I found the original one on the internet for $63.00. I figured that was a little high, anyone know of a cheaper universal remote that might do the trick? I tried a zenith and a jensen cheapo universal remote that had menu buttons on them but no luck. Any suggestions?

Best guess is that the Radio Shack 15-1995 will do the job. List price is $40 but often goes on sale for $30 (current sale through the end of October, I believe).

FWIW - this remote works great with both my Toshiba TV and Toshiba DVD player.
