Does anyone have the discrete on/off codes for the JVC plasma GM-P420E?

I've tried the general JVC on/off codes but they don't work. I understand that this screen is likely to be manufactured by NEC, but those codes don't work either.

The screen uses a remote with the number RM-C576. This remote has discretes for inputs, but no discretes for on/off.

I'm not sure if the codes will be the same for your model TV, but I just discovered the discrete on/off codes for the JVC flat panel models LT-26WX84 (26" LCD), PD-42WX84 (42" Plasma), and PD-42WV74 (42" Plasma)
All three of these models use the same original remote control, JVC model RM-C13G.

I'm using an MX-800 remote, and the discrete on/off commands correspond to those contained in the Home Theater Master IR Database for TV code 038, which is listed as being for numerous JVC TV models, including:

AV-20021
AV-27920
AV-27950
AV-27D200
AV-32020
AV-32D200
AV-32D800
AV-27BH5
AV-36980
TV-13140
TV-20240
AV-24F702
AV-27F802
AV-28VM1EK
AV-28WFT1EKS

If you're using a Philips remote, you may be able to find discretes listed for one of the above models.
