Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005
(Remote model 1039)

Philips Pronto TS-1000

CCF for control of Windows Media Center Edition 2005 as per the "out-of-the-box" Microsoft Remote. You may want to overwrite volume and mute buttons to suit your display/audio device.
To use Pronto successfully with Windows Media Center, you must use regedit.exe to search for HKLM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\[long guid], and under the value name: EnableDebounce, set the data from 1 to 0. Then, either reboot your computer or stop and restart the "HID Input Service". If you are uncomfortable using the Registry Editor, get help as improper use can render your computer unusable.
